John David Mooney will be leading the panel session “Discovering the Artist’s Responsibility to Society” from 2-3:30pm in the Rubloff Auditorium. This forum for The International Sculpture Conference (October 4-6) will address the role of the artist as a visionary and an agent for change. By exploring ways to protect the environment, work with the urban fabric, engage nature, and use solar, wind, and water energy, the artist will take a leadership role in creating viable solutions for public interventions.
