The Foundation is located in the heart of downtown Chicago and is easily accessible by all modes of transportation. Stops on all of the CTA train lines are in easy walking distance from the Foundation, and a parking garage is located conveniently across the street for those driving. From O'Hare Airport on the CTA:
Board the Blue Line train on the lower level of the Terminal Building, and get off at the Clark/Lake stop. Exit the State of Illinois Center on Lake Street. Follow either Clark (on the East) or LaSalle (on the West) North to Kinzie Street. From Clark turn left onto Kinzie, or from LaSalle turn right. The Foundation is in the middle of the block on the North side of Kinzie Street at 114 West Kinzie.

From Midway Airport on the CTA:
Get on the Orange Line train going North into the City. Get off at the Clark/Lake stop. Follow directions as above from the Blue Line Stop.

From the North by Car (O'Hare):
Take I-190 East, which becomes the Kennedy Expressway I-90 E. Take the Ohio Street exit, and continue East on Ohio Street. Turn right (South) onto LaSalle Street, and then left onto Kinzie Street. The Foundation is located on the left at 114 West Kinzie, and a seven-story parking garage is on the right.

From the South by Car

(Dan Ryan to the Kennedy Expressway):
From the South , the Dan Ryan merges into the Kennedy Expressway (North to Wisconsin and Milwaukee). Proceed through the exchange and exit on the right at Ohio Street East. Continue through four stop lights to LaSalle Street. Turn right (South), and continue through 4 more stoplights to Kinzie Street. Turn left (East), and park in the Sterling Parking garage on the right. The Foundation is in the middle of the block on the North side of the street at 114 West Kinzie.

From the West and the Southwest by Car

(Eisenhower and Stevenson Expressways):
From the West (Eisenhower Expressway) and the Southwest (Stevenson Expressway 55), merge onto the Kennedy Expressway North (in the direction of Wisconsin and Milwaukee). Continue North, merging toward the right. Go through the exchange and exit at Ohio Street East. Follow Directions above from the North and from the South. From the South by car via Lake Shore Drive (Highway 41) Exit Lake Shore Drive at Randolph St./Wacker Dr. Proceed North on the exit ramp to Wacker Drive. Continue on Upper Wacker Drive to Dearborn St. Turn right (North) onto Dearborn Street, and proceed to Kinzie Street (the first street North of the river). Turn left (West) onto Kinzie, and the Foundation is between Clark and LaSalle Streets at 114 West Kinzie Street.

The Foundation is just a short walk from two of the most significant art museums in Chicago:

Walking from the Art Institute of Chicago:
Exit the main entrance on Michigan Avenue. Descend the stairs and proceed directly West on Adams Street to Clark Street. Turn right (North) on Clark and continue North across the river to Kinzie Street. Turn left (West), and the Foundation is in the middle of the block on your right at 114 West Kinzie.

Walking from the Museum of Contemporary Art:
Walk West on Chicago Avenue toward Michigan Avenue. cross Michigan Avenue, and proceed West to Clark Street. Turn left (South) onto Clark Street, and proceed South on Clark to Kinzie. Turn right (West) onto Kinzie Street, and the Foundation is in the middle of the block on your right hand side (the North side of the street) at 114 West Kinzie.

Walking from Union Station:
Go east out of the Adams Street Exit, cross the River, and proceed East to LaSalle Street. Turn left (North) onto LaSalle Street. Follow LaSalle across the River for one block, and turn right on Kinzie Street, which is the first street North of the River. The Foundation is on the right in the middle of the block.

By bus from Union Station:
Take Bus 156 to LaSalle and Kinzie. The Foundation is between LaSalle and Clark Streets at 114 West Kinzie.

Walking from North Western Station:
Exit to the east on either Randolph or Washington Streets. Proceed East across the River to Wacker Drive, and turn left. Follow Wacker Drive to LaSalle Street. Turn left (North) on LaSalle Street, cross the river, and turn right (East) on Kinzie Street. The Foundation is located at 114 West Kinzie Street.

By Bus from the North and Lincoln Park:
Take Bus 22 South on Clark Street to Kinzie Street. The Foundation is located at 114 West Kinzie in the middle of the block between Clark and LaSalle Streets.

Take Bus 156 South on LaSalle Street in the direction of Union Station. Exit at Kinzie Street. The Foundation is at 114 West Kinzie between LaSalle and Clark Streets.

On the CTA:

Red Line: Get off at Grand. From the stop on the corner of State Street and Grand Street, walk south (left) on State Street. Then turn right (West) onto Kinzie Street. The Foundation is on the right between Clark and LaSalle Streets.

Purple and Brown Lines: Get off at Merchandise Mart. Exit the building at the Kinzie Street door, and follow Kinzie a block and a half east to the Foundation, on your left. Orange, Blue, and Green Lines: Get off at Clark. Follow direction as in airport directions above.
